Q: I get a timeout when I try to register a new QQ account A: Several people have emailed me with this problem, but it's hard to diagnose what causes it. It would help if you can email me where you live, your IP address, if you installed any firewall, which browser you use etc. The more information the better. I will then forward your email to the people that are working on the international registration page.
