Q:I want to know more about advertising on QQ, where can i find more information?
A:There is a Chinese page about advertising on QQ with quotations (recommended!), but that's only useful if you can read Chinese and if you could, you probably wouldn't be looking here :) The official English page of Tencent has some contact addresses regarding advertising: http://www.tencent.com/en-us/at/contactus.shtml. Halfway the page you will find "Advertisement & co-operation". If that didn't help, you can also contact me directly and I will forward your email internally to the advertising department.
