International Product Manager (Non-Chinese) at Tencent (QQ) in Shenzhen, China.
Responsibilities:
1. Investigate and research the culture, product, marketing, channel, and profit mode of Internet Market in Global, especially for US and India; analyze and set down the product strategy for IM dummy products, casual games, etc.
2. Research products and market of our competitors in target market, and generate professional report based on systemic analysis.
3. Keep communicating with overseas local team and collect the feedback of user ‘s experience;
4. Closely cooperate with the internal team and cross-platform unit; control the life cycle of products.
5. In charge of product testing; manage the business operation and mastermind the proceedings.
Requirements:
1. Native English speaker; US/Canada/UK/Indian nationality，no requirement for Chinese language skill;
2. Bachelor’s Degree with graduation from an eminent university;
Major in computer, designing, management or marketing is preferable;
3. 2 years work experience in famous transnational corp. or IT
enterprises as Product Manager; 1 year experience managing experience
at a minimum; Project Management experience in the field of Internet is
preferable.
4. Familiar with product planning process and operation on an international team.
5. Logical thinker with a proven capability of marketing analysis.
6. Strong capacity in communication and coordination.
7. Based in Shenzhen , China
