Job Description

The role of the HR Generalist is to develop and execute our people strategies that will support our business objectives and values. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about their work; possess strong HR generalist experience, great interpersonal and project management skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment. 

 

Job Breakdown

  • Running and overseeing the recruiting process for US positions and oversea recruiting beginning from identifying sources of candidates, to screening/interviewing and all the way to extending offers.
  • Responsible for employee relations, compensation, acquisitions, immigration, on boarding and staffing support
  • Helping implement programs which foster sound employee relations and increase employee engagement
  • Partnering with other HR functions and internal resources to HR initiatives
  • Helping with Tencent US branch’s financial budget control and reporting
  • Managing office administrative affairs

 

Your Qualifications: 

  • BA or BS, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, Chinese language proficiency is highly preferred, both verbal and written
  • 1- 2 years relevant experience, knowledge of federal and state HR related regulations and compliance procedures.
  • Strong project management and team work spirit experience
  • Ability to work independently, act in a professional manner, and handle confidential information; extremely organized with strong detail orientated and multi tasking abilities.
  • Ability to take initiative, work pro-actively and be extremely resourceful and tenacious
