The European bar street is located next to Window of the World and you cannot really miss it when you pass Window of the World. It consists of 3 small streets with lots of pubs/bars. The houses are all in European style, hence the name. During the daytime you can sit in a terrace, but during the evening the place gets more alive.

Verdict: ?

It looks quite familiar to the European cities I have visited before, so there is a certain charm to it. A real verdict can only be given by going there at night though and I have not done so.
